Shane Sieg will step back in the No. 51 Miccosukee Resort and Gaming Toyota Tundra Saturday, September 6, 2008 for the running of the Camping World 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at the Gateway International Raceway.

Sieg will make his ninth start for Billy Ballew Motorsports with five starts in 2008 and three in 2007. Sieg posted a best finish of eighth in Memphis for the No. 51 Miccosukee Resort and Gaming Toyota Tundra.

Sieg takes over for NASCAR Superstar Kyle Busch who will be in Richmond for the NASCAR Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series races. Busch brought home the teams first short-track win and third of 2008 in the last Craftsman Truck Series event at the Bristol Motor Speedway.

“It’s great that Kyle (Busch) was able to bring home that win for Billy Ballew,” Sieg said. “We tested in with Toyota last week in Richmond which gave me more seat time. The truck was fast and I have every intention of trying to pick up a top finish or even a win. I want to make sure I keep Billy (Ballew) up in the owner points so they have a chance to win the title this year.”

Billy Ballew sits in the fourth place position in the 2008 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Owners Championship race 167 points out of the lead. A deficit that can be made up with top finishes in the remaining eight races of the 25 race series season schedule.

Sieg has one previous start at the Gateway International Raceway in 2004 where he started 28th and finished 11th. Billy Ballew Motorsports has seven starts at the 1.25-mile track with a best finish of 12th in 2003 with Mike Skinner piloting the entry.

The Camping World 200 (160 laps / 200 miles) NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race is slated for Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 1:30pm CT (2:30 ET). SPEED will broadcast live coverage of Keystone Light Pole qualifying at 10:00 am CT (11ET) with race coverage beginning at 1:00pm CT (2CT). Sirius Satellite and MRN Radio coverage begins at 1:30pm CT.
