Samsung Instinct Stands-Up for Sieg in Kansas City
April 24, 2009Kansas City, Kansas (April 23, 2009)-After seeing the article “NASCAR truck owner seeks sponsor for second entry at Kansas Speedway” in Wednesday’s Kansas City Star, the Samsung Mobile office in Kansas City, Kansas stepped onboard for Saturday’s O’Reilly 250 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race.
Samsung Instinct, which is Samsung Mobile’s touch-tone screen phone with Sprint, will be the primary sponsor on the No. 15 Toyota Tundra driven by Shane Sieg. The Samsung Mobile Kansas City regional office that supports Sprint will also be the primary associate sponsor on the No. 51 NASCAR Camping World Truck which is the current Series point’s leader.
Brian Ickler will pilot the No. 51 typically driven by NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Kyle Busch. Due to scheduling conflicts with NASCAR national series events at Talladega, Busch is unable to compete in the fifth race of the 2009 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season opening the door for Ickler.

The O’Reilly Auto Parts 250 (167 laps, 250.5 mile) NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Kansas Speedway is slated to begin at 6:00pm ET Saturday, April 25, 2009. Live race coverage on SPEED begins at 5:30pm ET with MRN and Sirius Satellite Radio coverage beginning at 5:45pm ET.
