ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. If you do not live in the United States, do not enter the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Samsung Telecommunications America (“Samsung”) (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, vendors involved in this promotion, and the immediate family and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on May 11, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 11, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes contains four (4) 2009 NASCAR Camping World Truck SeriesTM Race event entry periods (each an “Event Entry Period”) as outlined in the chart above disclaimer.
4. How to Enter:  To enter online, visit  www.samsunginstinct.com/nascar or  http://www.billyballewmotorsports.com during the Promotion Period, and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable drawing.
Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
5. Prize Drawings: Administrator as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select each potential winner from all eligible entries received for the specific prize pool on or around the dates specified in Section 3 above. Non-winning entries will not be eligible for future drawings. Each potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone after the date of the applicable drawing. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) in order to claim his/her prize. From the date the Affidavit is sent, it must be returned within one (1) day for the Charlotte, Dover, Texas and Michigan.
